Rooflights

No home is complete without lots of natural light to help brighten up even the darkest day. Our Flat Rooflight System will flood the space below with natural light all year round creating a contemporary living space, complimenting and adding value to any home.

Our thermal flat rooflight system is designed to let light flood in, with the option of an opening rooflight allowing plenty of fresh air to fill your home.

 

You can have a maximum width of 1500x2600mm and a u-value of 1.2 W/m2K (based on a fixed version with an IGU centre pane 1.1W/m2K. & upstand 1250mm x 1250mm).

 

All rooflights are designed to BS EN 12020-2:2001, BS 3987:1991, and BS EN 12206-1:2021. Our rooflights are available in either a milled finish or polyester powder coat paint, etched and anodised Silver AA25 or colours are available on request. Making our rooflights a fantastic addition to your roof.

Ventilation

Designed to allow a source of ventilation into your home.

​

Using fully concealed chain drive actuaters, the ventilation rooflight opens to 360mm to enable air to filter into the room, creating an airy and light living space.

​

Egress

Ideal for any office, school or hotel that may require an alternative means of egress for maintenance purposes.

 

With built-in gas springs and espagnolet locking, the rooflight is designed to open up to a 70 degree angle allowing access to the rooftop if required.

Fixed

Fully thermal efficient, secure and cost-effective fixed rooflights provide natural light throughout the building.

Units can be specified in a wide range of sizes to 2600mm in length. 

​

Energy-efficient double or triple units can be specified to provide a low U-value.

This fabricator friendly Flat Rooflight System offers dual powder coating options as well as being built bespoke to the size of the glass required. Once installed the secure rooflight maximises natural light providing an elegant appeal to any home, office, school or hotel whilst offering additional ventilation.
